Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body performance. (CST is a form of bodywork. It is not massage. It is not hypnotherapy.) The craniosacral system is the soft tissues and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord. The greatest benefit from CST is that it relaxes the CNS (central nervous system). Client remains fully clothed for this session. Alpha-frequency brain wave music is played to help the client enter a somewhat altered state of consciousness, similar to the feeling experienced during meditation. Clients commonly feel as if they are between awake and asleep. CST is safe, gentle and highly effective for all ages—infants to elderly.

Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a gentle therapy used to help re circulate body fluids & stimulate functioning of the immune system.
